How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment status.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods:

🚫 We do not accept checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery (COD).
🔐 How secure is my online order?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all your sensitive information is safe and secure during checkout. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers and are securely processed through our payment provider.
⏳ When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
🏷️ Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined.
📦 What if items are missing from my order?
If any items are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at contact@ckikh.shop and we’ll resolve it promptly.
💱 Are there any currency exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you’re using a different currency, your card issuer will convert the total based on the daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
❌ How do I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. Cancellations are subject to a 30% processing fee, even within the hour, due to non-refundable transaction fees.

1. Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

🚚 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Avoid using vacation addresses to prevent customs delays.
